Sauerkraut and Fish Salad

Recipes :

200g Sauerkraut

100g Smoked Haddock

1 Egg

2 sliced Rye Bread

200g Oil

Drizzle Honey

Drizzle Salt

Pinch Salt

Instructions :

  • 1.Boil eggs and toast bread slices.
  • mix together salad dressing. NB! you can serve this salad with sour cream dressing. It would be different but still very delicious
  • Mix together sauerkraut, sliced egg, fish and bread pieces. Serve
