Keto Banitsa

Recipes :

4 Eggs

80g Melted Butter

120g Mozzarella

30g Cream Cheese

1 tsp Baking Powder

60g Feta

60g Sesame Seed

Topping Sesame Seed

Instructions :

  • Preheat oven to 360 F (180 C)
  • Beat eggs in a bowl, using a whisk ( no mixer needed).
  • Slowly add the melted butter, whisking to incorporate.
  • Add the cheeses (mozzarella, feta and cream cheese), stir to combine. Then add the baking powder and whisk.
  • Grease a 8×8 -inch square baking dish with butter and pour the mixture inside. Top with sesame seeds (optional).
  • Bake for 20 minutes, until golden.
  • Let it cool for 5-10 minutes inside the pan, then cut into pieces and serve.
  • Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
